Officially my favorite time of year is here,

hard to get into that fall nesting mode with temps still in the high 80's
but it certainly helps to try, because then at least your home is ready when the weather decides to cooperate.
Don't know about you but I'm ready for those crisp cool mornings and chilly nights.
